Welcome to VetroNoir! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VetroNoir. VetroNoir operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). VetroNoir is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Because some of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in detail, finish, tone, color, cut, or reflection may occur. These subtle differences are part of the character of handcrafted products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We do not warrant that the appearance of any products or services purchased by you will be identical to the images displayed in our online store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Certain custom or personalized products may be subject to separate terms and may not be eligible for return or exchange except as stated in our Return, Refund & Exchanges Policy.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VetroNoir reserves the right to accept or decline your order for legitimate business reasons. Your order is not accepted until VetroNoir confirms acceptance and we receive and process your payment.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchanges Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Depending on your destination, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local handling charges, or other fees imposed by customs authorities or local government agencies may apply. These charges are outside VetroNoir's control and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
The total amount payable for your order will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels or third-party platforms. We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing and are governed by separate promotional terms. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because our pieces are handcrafted and carefully packaged, orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination and are provided in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, local delivery disruptions, peak holiday periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

VetroNoir is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly with VetroNoir.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related technology but is not the seller of products purchased from VetroNoir.
Questions regarding your VetroNoir purchases, products, shipping, returns, exchanges, or customer support should be directed to VetroNoir.
