Return, Refund & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unused, undamaged, and unwashed
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@Vetronoir.com with:
- your order number
- a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return or exchange is due to:
- a defective item
- a damaged item
- an incorrect item sent by us
we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other return or exchange requests, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note:
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
- taxes and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable
- we recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@Vetronoir.com.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange either:
- a replacement, or
- a refund
at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- custom or personalized products
- gift cards
- items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before starting the return process.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged if requested within 7 days of delivery and approved by our customer support team.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:
- a refund, or
- another suitable resolution
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
This right does not apply to certain exempt items, including custom or personalized products where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@Vetronoir.com.
