Shipping Overview
At VetroNoir, we prepare each order with care. Because our pieces are handcrafted and fragile, processing and packaging may take additional time to help ensure they arrive safely.
Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected European countries.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $49 USD.
For orders under $49 USD, a flat $8 USD shipping fee applies.
Taxes Included
All prices and shipping charges are tax-inclusive.
We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible, so there are no hidden tax charges added after checkout unless otherwise required by local law or customs authorities. This follows the same customer-friendly structure MASU uses on its shipping page, where it clearly states taxes are included.
Order Processing Time
Because our pieces are handcrafted, orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Based on the regional structure used on MASU’s shipping page, a suitable delivery estimate for VetroNoir is:
- United States (Mainland): 5–12 business days
- Canada: 5–14 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
Actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- carrier delays
- customs inspections or customs clearance
- weather conditions
- local delivery disruptions
- peak holiday periods
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details after the expected processing window, please contact support@vetronoir.com and include your order number.
Customs, Duties & Additional Fees
For the regions we currently serve, prices and shipping charges are generally tax-inclusive.
However, customs procedures or local import requirements may still vary by destination. If any additional duties, import charges, or local handling fees are imposed by authorities in your destination country, these may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@vetronoir.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in reviewing the shipment with the carrier.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been handed over for delivery, we will do our best to support you in resolving shipping-related issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Fragile Glassware Notice
Because our products are made of glass, each order is carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Minor wear to the outer packaging may occur during shipping and does not necessarily affect the condition or quality of the product inside.
