Yes. Our pieces are handcrafted, and this artisanal approach is part of what gives each design its distinct character and depth.

Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in detail, finish, or reflection may occur. These subtle differences are part of the beauty and individuality of the piece.

4. Are your glasses made for daily use or special occasions?

Ordering & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods available at checkout. The options shown may vary slightly depending on your region and device.

Yes — orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected European countries. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

2. How long does shipping take?

Because our pieces are handcrafted, orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking details after the expected processing window, please contact us with your order number.

4. What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or holiday demand. If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help review the shipment status.

Care, Returns & Damages

1. How should I care for my VetroNoir glassware?

To preserve clarity and finish, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild soap and a soft cloth. VetroNoir glassware is hand-wash only.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at support@vetronoir.com, and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

4. Will I receive a replacement or a refund for a damaged item?

For damaged or incorrect items, we prioritize sending a replacement whenever possible. If you prefer, a refund may also be arranged after review.
